Daene and Jane are just two grandmas who’ve enjoyed a lifelong friendship since meeting each other on a service mission in Peru in the early 1980’s. 

Jane is a nurse of over forty years and has lived in multiple countries, including Peru, Russia, Ukraine, Honduras and China. 

Daene has taught Montessori preschool, has run her own daycare, and has been involved in nonprofit work that provides healthy meals and snacks to children. 

Both are mothers and grandmothers who share their years of wisdom in this unique series, where their love of children shines through in Daene’s story telling and Jane’s artwork.
